Deck and Stair Resurfacing

The Problem:

Magnesite deck is cracked with pealing sealer indicating a long period of non-maintenance. Notice rough appearance of deck with multiple cracks and rusting railing posts. Cracks provide a source of water leaks to underlying surfaces.

The Preparation:

Surface is scraped to remove any loose material. Major cracks are opened and filled.

The Solution:

Stairway and deck are resurfaced utilizing Desert Crete and fiberglass to provide a seamless, waterproof, and pleasing appearance. The applied texture adds to anti-slip properties of the materials. The two coats of pigmented sealer provide protection to the new material and come in a range of colors.
