The Problem:

Existing sealer is discolored with many small surface cracks. If let go, there would be major damage to the magnesite and potentially the wood sub-floor.

The Solution:

Minor cracks are filled and the deck is resealed with two coats of Desert Sealer. This should be done every 2-3 years to protect the magnesite and insure many more years of durability.
