The Problem:

Existing magnesite stairway is badly cracked and broken.

The Preparation:

Existing magnesite is removed to wood substrate and since all wood is sound, 15# felt paper and wire mesh are installed over existing wood.

The Solution:

New magnesite is installed and sealed with two coats of Desert Sealer.
